Terms and Conditions


 SHIPPING : Orders may be picked-up at the warehouse, shipped by common carrier, or delivered to you by Star White Glove Furniture Delivery 


DAMAGES AND RETURNS- :All returns must be authorized by Furniture Distributors.

Customers are responsible for inspecting product upon arrival and noting any damages on the Bill of Lading. Furniture Distributors must be notified immediately at 336-508-6405 of any damages. Any damaged item must be returned to the shipping warehouse for inspection. Furniture Distributors is not responsible for transportation to or from the warehouse. Any furniture delivered by common carrier found to be damaged, must be filed with the delivery company. Should the item have been delivered by Furniture Distributors, pick-up and return of the piece will be at the discretion of Furniture Distributors. Once the item is returned, the manufacturing representative will determine if the item will be replaced or repaired.


 WARRANTY- All warranties are by the manufacturer only.
